Hayes | James provided survey and design services for the 6,600 feet of 30" ductile iron gravity sewer. Design services included service area flow projections, pumping station site selection, wetlands permitting, development of the Forsyth County SCADA system, development of easement plats, and coordination with Department of Transportation for crossing future Outer Loop easement. Hayes | James also provided construction management services for Forsyth County.

Hayes | James assisted in obtaining funding and provided survey, easement acquisition, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, surveying, and design services for approximately 5,000 feet of 18" and 21" gravity sewer line and 2,700 feet of cured-in-place pipe lining. The new sewer line was installed along the Chattahoochee River. Special project concerns included connection to the existing sewer line and connection to the wastewater treatment plant. Hayes | James assisted in obtaining 100 percent funding through Community Development Block Grant.
